How we handle your details, make introductions and maintain the directory.
We do not sell buyer contact lists.01 Your account & saved items
Searches run in your browser. When you sign in, Clerk processes your account details and stores your saved provider IDs and searches with your account.
You can remove saved items in your dashboard and delete your account in account settings. Please keep confidential information out of saved searches.
02 Matching & introductions
Signed-in matching requests are stored privately with your contact details and activity history. With your permission, Flowelva reviews your brief and shares a redacted summary with selected providers.
We release your contact details only after you approve the named provider, they accept the introduction terms and Flowelva records the introduction.
You can withdraw an active case from your buyer dashboard. To request deletion, contact us.
03 Messages to our team
Formspree processes contact form submissions and emails them to our team. We use your address and message to respond and arrange any requested introduction.
Please do not send confidential fund documents or client personal data. You can ask us to correct or delete correspondence.
04 Optional analytics
Google Analytics measures page visits, referring websites, campaign tags and selected actions only with your permission. Project text and contact details are excluded.
You can change your preference using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms.
05 Directory terms
Listings summarize publicly stated capabilities and link to original sources. They may become outdated.
Providers can request a free correction, removal or profile claim. We review representation manually before making edits. You are responsible for assessing providers and agreeing project contracts directly.
